In this 4-day intermediate ceramics workshop, students will build on their hand-building skills using slab and coil techniques to create decorative wall plaques, wall pockets, or functional vessels. Students will explore texture, surface design, and finishing methods to add unique details to their work. Artists will have options to 3D print, carve or digitally design their own textures, images and patterns. With guided instruction and plenty of opportunities for creative choice, young artists will strengthen their ceramic skills while making both artistic and useful pieces.

All materials and supplies are included. Class size will be limited to 12 students, maximizing an individualized experience.

If you enroll for both AM and PM, you may bring a lunch and stay on site 9am-2pm.
